Rule 1

Discount Codes:

Discount codes can be redeemed against purchases during the period of its validity. Discount codes cannot be redeemed against sale/special offer items or delivery (unless specified).

Terms & Conditions

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items back to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.

We will issue a full refund on receipt (less delivery charges) or exchange the item, color or size after the items have been checked for wear. Please note that due to hygiene reasons some products are non- returnable.

Non-returnable items are clearly marked with a (X) next to the item. The cost of returning the item/s to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a parcel service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Please complete and enclose all necessary paper work with the goods to be returned and send to the address below.


Faulty or wrong items

If the items you receive are not what you ordered or turn out to be faulty, simply drop us an e-mail at info@fifimoose.com, within 7 days quoting all the necessary info, name, address, product details and ref number and the reason for return and we will then advise you on what action to take.


Distance Selling Regulations

You have the right to cancel your order of any purchases made from fifimoose.com for a full refund. Items clearly marked with a (X) next to the product name are excluded. Cancellations need to be made in writing to the address below or by e-mail to info@fifimoose.com within 7 days of the order being delivered quoting all necessary order numbers. Once you have cancelled your order it is your responsibility that the item/s to be returned are in their original condition and reach us at the address below. We suggest using a reputable parcel service that insures you for your goods.


*Please note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant that leaves a scent or mark on the item to be returned. We are unable to accept any return where there is evidence that the above instructions have not been followed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
